Nicki Minaj was involved in an altercation with her assistant according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

In the report, Minaj claims that her assistant, Safaree Samuels, struck her in the face with a suitcase.

Apparently Minaj and Samuels were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas on Monday night. As the fight progressed they took it upstairs to the room.

Nicki followed her assistant up to the room that they were sharing so as to make sure he didn’t take anything of hers.

Minaj was going through a suitcase which had some of Samuels’ belongings, when she claims he “grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Minaj’s] chin and lower lip.”

According to the police report,”[Nicki's] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed.”

A paramedic arrived on scene, but Minaj decided she would not press charges.
