Jesse James And Kat Von D Call It Quits

Famous for breaking the heart of Sandra Bullock, Jesse James now knows the sting of rejection first hand.

Kat Von D has called it quits on her engagement to James, as well as ending their relationship altogether.

“I’m so sad because I really love her,” James told PEOPLE magazine. “The distance between us was just too much.”

The pair announced their engagement in January and were planning on having a summer wedding around the one year mark from when they first began dating.

Apparently, it was distance that took it’s toll on the relationship. Von D lives in L.A. where she films her TV show L.A. Ink, while James lives in Austin TX with his three children.

Confirmation of the split came via Von D’s twitter where she posted the following; “I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I’d like to share. Thanks for respecting that.”
