Jennifer Lopez’s Divorce Could Cost Her $125 Million
Despite the original statement issued by performers Marc Anthony and now soon-to-be ex-wife Jennifer Lopez, their divorce seems to be anything but amicable.
They officially announced their split on July 15th, but rumors place their breakup earlier on.
According to the National Enquirer, the final nail in the coffin of their relationship came when Lopez made the decision to participate in another season of American Idol, against the wishes of hubby Anthony.
The pair were married in 2004 and reportedly no pre-nuptial agreement was signed, therefore Marc, is entitled to half of J-Lo’s estimated $250 Million fortune.
Her decision to do to another season of Idol apparently put the kibosh on Marc’s plans for the pair to do a Latin reality show called “Q’Viva“.
So basically, jealousy WAS the ultimate cause of their demise… sad really.

The moment he came out with that ridiculousness of a song with pitbull..and then she did a song with him too.. it was like they’re both fighting for the same spot light. .. she’s a working mom and raised to fame on her own, not because her father was someone famous. eh.
