Jake Gyllenhaal Eats A Worm (Video)

On last night’s season premiere of Discovery’s Man vs. Wild, Bear Grylls took Jake Gyllenhaal into the snow-covered mountains of Iceland during a blizzard.

Expecting something gross – they did not disappoint.

Jake ate his first worm! As Bear pulled up an edible root to keep the two of them from going hungry, he found their protein snack.

“I haven’t failed in my mission,” he said. “I got you a worm.”

How utterly disgusting! Would you eat a worm?

Of course, in order to make a TV show, you have to have a camera crew. But that does not mean there is not real danger in the situations he puts himself in, even though it is being filmed.
