Weekly Roundup of Los Angeles foodie and fashion events + where to catch a glimpse of your favorite celebs!

Starting this weekend enjoy the Old Pasadena Film Festival. The four week movie series provides free film fun for all ages. Think movies like Clueless, Father of the Bride and more. All showings take place under the warm summer night sky.

When: Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in July
Where: Old Pasadena- various locations

If you’re not busy on Saturday then head downtown for the Weekend at Bernie’s Summer Drink Along! $15 gets you in for all day beer pong fun and two Weekend at Bernie’s showings: Weekend at Bernie’s at 4pm & Weekend at Bernie’s II at 6pm.

When: July 9, 2011 3:00-9:00pm
Where: 251 S. Main Street, Los Angeles

In case you haven’t heard, the Royal couple are in LALA Land! Newlywed couple Prince William and Kate arrived this afternoon in L.A. for a weekend of charity work. This evening, they’re off to a gathering at the residence of UK Consul-General Dame Barbara Hay, in Hancock Park and tomorrow they head to Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club for a polo match. Other destination spots include Downtown LA’s Belasco Theatre and Skid Row. The couple’s final appearance will be at a job fair in Culver City for military men and women who are getting back into the workforce.

While you may not be able to spot the Royal Couple you may feel their presence via street closures. Keep an eye out for the following:

Friday through Sunday- Street Closure on June Street between 4th and 6th Avenues

Saturday Downtown- Street Closure on 11th Street between Broadway and Grand Avenue and Hill Street between 12th Street and Olympic Boulevard.

Sunday Downtown- Street Closure on Kohler Street between 7th and 8th Streets.
