Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have been broken up for a few weeks and Paris has already been spotted hanging all over her new man, Todd Phillips, the ‘Hangover’ director.

But what has Cy Waits been upto and how does he feel about the break up?

According to an interview with PEOPLE, Waits was not surprised by the break up at all.

“I don’t want to speak for Paris, but this breakup is something I knew for a number of months needed to happen – and we finally saw eye to eye,” Waits disclosed while at the Electric Daisy Festival, an electronic music festival in Las Vegas.

“Partying is not my thing. I live a healthy lifestyle. I avoid drugs. … I have a social cocktail every now and then,” he added.

Rumor has it that Waits felt badly portrayed on Hilton’s new show, The World According to Paris.

A friend reveals, “That’s not him at all, they really made him look bad through editing and cutting.”

Well either way, Cy seems to be moving on. There is suspicion that he and former Girl Next Door, Holly Madison maybe more than just friends.
