Selena Gomez’s ‘Whiplash’, Co-Written by Britney Spears – Listen Here!

If Selena Gomez‘s newest single “Whiplash” sounds a bit like Britney Spears, that’s because Spears co-penned it herself.

The track didn’t make it onto Britney’s latest album, Femme Fatale, but it will be featured on Selena’s upcoming album, When The Sun Goes Down.

The 18-year-old entertainer is planning on performing a tribute to Britney during her upcoming concert tour.

When speaking of the news that her latest hit “Who Says?” had gone platinum, Selena tweeted, “Ahhhh yay! Yay! Yay! Who Says went platinum!!! Thank you!! YOU have every right to a beautiful life :)”
