Sarah Palin Emails Written At 8th Grade Level

The state of Alaska released over 24,000 pages of emails sent and received on former Governor Sarah Palin‘s account.

According to the U.K.’s Daily Mail, those correspondences were written at a level equal to that of an eighth grader.

Ok, so she isn’t the most articulate person on the planet… so what? As I read through the various articles I find myself wondering why on earth the state would release the emails.

They have nothing to do with policy, or anything at all to do with the office she once held.

What’s the big deal if she talks about her tan, or kids jumping on a trampoline.

Even Ashton Kutcher and wife Demi Moore think it’s reaching… “As much as I’m not a fan of Sarah Palin I find sifting through her emails repulsive and over reaching,” Kutcher tweeted.

Not to mention the fact that the majority of those emails were written on her blackberry, and who among us doesn’t write like an 8th grader or younger while on our cell phones?
