Two men were arrested Monday near Joss Stone‘s home in England under suspicion of planning to rob and kill the singer.

The two men were found armed with swords, rope and a body bag.

Police were called after neighbors noticed the men driving slowly around the area in a red Fiat Punto.

Detailed maps and aerial photos of Stone’s property were also found with the men.

Stone released a statement saying, “I’d like to thank everyone for their concern but I’m absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal while the police continue with their inquiries.”

Steve Parker, the detective on the case, also released statement saying, “The men had information and items that lead us to suspect that they may have intended to commit a criminal offense.”

Swords, rope, blueprints, and a body bag?

Doesn’t this sound like a case for Scooby-Doo and the rest of Mystery Inc.?
