
Taylor Swift joined forces with Shania Twain yesterday, recreating the magic that was ‘Thelma & Louise‘ for the 2011 CMT MUSIC AWARDS .
The singers got into character down in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, hopping into a blue convertible as they filmed the segment for the award show.
The show will be hosted by Kid Rock and air LIVE from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 8 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CMT and CMT.com.
Performances for the award show include Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Big & Rich, Toby Keith, Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan and The Band Perry.
Presenters include Shania Twain, Sara Evans, Justin Bieber (WTH?), Sheryl Crow, ”American Idol” winner Scotty McCreery and many more!
