Demi Lovato has had a ton of heartache this past year, and after seeking treatment for her emotional issues, the young star wants to speak out and tell girls of all ages that “Love Is Louder Than The Pressure To Be Perfect“.
The ‘Love Is Louder’ campaign, co-sponsored by Seventeen Magazine, has attracted other young female stars to add their voices to the cause.
Miley Cyrus, Anna Sophia Robb, Camilla Belle, and many others have joined in to spread the message that girls don’t have to bow to all the pressures placed on them to be perfect.
Excerpt from Miley’s story:
Being a teenage girl is tough no matter what, but it’s especially tough if you spend these years in the spotlight like Miley. Her roles in Hannah Montana and The Last Song and her chart-topping hits like “Party in the U.S.A.” have shown that Miley has big dreams and knows how to achieve them. This campaign is all about knowing that you don’t have to let success get in the way of your happiness, and Miley’s support shows that even the most successful girls understand the power of balance.
