Coldplay Steals Their New Sound From 90′s Band (Video)

It seems Coldplay‘s new sound isn’t so new after all. In fact, it appears to have been inspired by some random band from the 90′s.

Coldplay’s song, “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall“, sounds exactly like The Sacados’, “Ritmo de la noche”.

Even though most people don’t know The Sacados’ music, I’m sure they’d appreciate at least a little recognition for the song.

I think it’s fairly obvious that both of these songs are the same.

They actually credit the writers of the new song. They heard it watching Biutiful. I read about it after noticing the same thing watching that movie. See this:
