Miley Cyrus Covers Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ (Video)
At her concert on April 29th in Ecuador, Miley Cyrus surprised the crowd with a throwback to her non-existent pre-fetal days.
Apparently Miley, grew up listening to and was influenced by the works of Nirvana front-man and songwriter Kurt Cobain. Hmm… ok?
“I have a lot of fans that tell me that I inspire them, and make them want to follow their dreams. So on this tour, I wanna be able to do the music that inspired me, that made me wanna be here on this stage tonight.”
“It’s hard to be on the road, cuz you miss your family back home, and this song is something I always sing with my little brother… This song is for him.”
And with those words, she breaks into her rendition of the Nirvana hit ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit‘. How bad is it, do you ask? Well, not entirely as bad as I had initially envisioned. Check it out.

actually not as bad as I feared, it would have been worse if Bieber did it 0 _ 0. Never will surpass Nirvana though. Let’s hope she can come up with her own music that she can be remembered for

Just be yourself Miley. Don’t mind what other people are saying about you. Follow what you really want and just be true to yourself.
