Lindsay Lohan has sworn to friends that she will NEVER drink again, that she is sober for life. Hmmm.

So where does one go when they are trying to keep their sobriety? A tequila party at the Chateau Marmont, of course!

Lindsay was spotted at the shindig with her little sister Ali in tow, even though kid sis isn’t of legal drinking age yet.

Apparently though the soiree was the DeLeón Tequila two-year anniversary party, Lindsay stayed away from the booze.

The actress claims that she was just there for the band; “I don’t drink, I was there to see The Kills because my friend’s in the band.”

She spent time hanging out with Marilyn Manson, with whom she may end up starring with in a new film about notorious mass murderer Charles Manson.

Word of advice Linds… When trying to stay sober, it’s not a good choice to go to these kinds of parties. Just saying.
