They don’t call him Andy Dick for nothing.

The stand-up comic and admitted drug abuser is being sued for allegedly pulling out his genitals at a comedy club in Dallas, Texas and rubbing them against a male audience member’s face. The lawsuit was filed by a man named Robert Tucker.

Tucker claims Andy, dressed in drag, came up to him in the audience and proceeded to “[pull] down his costume skirt with [his] right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath his skirt.”

Tucker continues that Andy “forced his genitals against the left side of [Robert's] face.”

The audience member claims he felt “degraded and humiliated” by Dick and is suing for unspecified damages.
