Alicia Silverstone Gives Birth!

Adorable actress Alicia Silverstone had what I can only imagine as the best mother’s day EVER!

This past Friday, May 6th, the actress checked herself into an L.A. area birthing center where she had a water birth.

The baby’s gender and name have not yet been announced, but reports say that mommy, and baby are happy and healthy and at home.

While other actresses gave up their vegan diets while pregnant, Silverstone stuck it out and spent a lot time promoting her new diet book “The Kind Diet” which follows the vegan principle.

The actress and her husband Christopher Jarecki confirmed the pregnancy in January amid much speculation.

Congrats to the happy parents, and Alicia, Happy Mother’s Day to you!
