Robert Pattinson was greeted by a mob of fans, as he arrived at the studios of Live with Regis and Kelly in New York today.

Pattinson was there to promote his new film, ‘Water For Elephants.’

Following a late night celebrating at the premiere’s after party at New York hotspot Le Cirque (and making out/kissing in the back of the limo), the couple returned to their suite at the Mandarin Oriental.

Robert and Kristen stayed in bed as long as possible Monday morning and ordered room service for breakfast. “They ordered blueberry muffins and orange juice.”
