Paris Hilton was walking to court with her boyfriend Cy Waits to testify against Nathan Parada, who Hilton described as “the other stalker”, when a man “jumped out from the bushes” and allegedly grabbed Waits by the throat.

The suspect, James Rainford, was arrested in front of Hilton’s house back in October, after sneaking on to her property and then getting in to an altercation with Paris’ private security.

He was immediately dragged to the ground by security guards and later handcuffed by police.

Paris immediately took to her Twitter saying (ha, I know, right?):

“Omg @KathyHilton! That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary!,” she tweeted, sad emoticon and all.

These people are out to get her, aren’t they?

The incident occurred outside a courthouse in Van Nuys, California, where Hilton had been set to testify against Parada in connection with an attempted break-in at her Beverly Hills mansion last summer.

“We were walking with Paris and another man jumped out from the bushes and grabbed her boyfriend’s neck,” said an eyewitness. “He was saying something about having an arranged marriage with her.”

Clearly shaken by the incident, Paris Hilton posed for photographers.
