Miley Cyrus Flashes New Body Tattoo (Photo)

Miley Cyrus posted a new photo to Twitter which shows that the 18-year-old star has truly mastered the fine line between sexy and scandalous. This time, she showed off a new body tattoo in the process.

Posting the photo the singer said, “Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time.”

The dream catcher marks the fifth tattoo for Cyrus — it has four feathers hanging from it, each of which reportedly represents one of her siblings.

“The dream catcher is to protect them,” says a friend of the star.

That’s actually pretty creative, bravo Cyrus!
