For awhile there, it looked like Judge Stephanie Sautner was going to go easy on Lindsay Lohan. But then she threw the book at her, TMZ reports.

After Sautner reduced the charges against the actress from felony grand theft to a misdemeanor offense, she ruled Lohan was in violation of her probation. She wasn’t sent to jail immediately for the offense, however. Instead, Sautner waited until she heard more testimony in the case.

After seeing the surveillance video, however, she sentenced her to 120 days in county lock up! She was remanded into custody, but will likely be out on bail before too long (pending an appeal).

She’s also been ordered to do community service – 480 hours! 360 of it she’ll have to spend at the Downtown Women’s Center. The remaining  120? At the L.A. County morgue.

Sounds like Sautner’s trying to scare her straight.
