Lindsay Lohan Brags About ‘Family Connections’

Why does Lindsay Lohan think she’s a shoe in for the role of Victoria Gotti in the upcoming movie, “Gotti: Three Generations”? Apparently, it’s because she’s got ‘family connections’ with the notorious crime family.

Just a day after appearing at a press event to promote the project, Lohan was spotted at Beauty & Essex, a trendy restaurant and night club on New York’s Lower East Side. And she was wagging her pretty little jaw about her certainty in landing the role. (Even though she has yet to be signed.)

According to the troubled young actress, she and the Gotti’s go way back.

“My dad was in jail with the grandfather,” she told Page Six, referring to “Dapper Don” John Gotti himself. Seems Papa Lohan came to know the former Gambino crime boss during a four-year prison stint.

Oh, honey. That’s nothing to brag about.

You can’t really blame Lilo for trying to use whatever connections she has to get a role – the poor thing can’t get hired for anything these days. That said, since they’ve already lined up John Travolta to play The once Teflon Don their standards are clearly not very high – so she’s in with a real chance here!
