Now, don’t go getting all excited. It’s not what you think. The original trilogy will not be hitting movie houses any time soon… But Phantom Menace will.

That’s right, the crappiest of the 6 total Star Wars movies will hit theaters next Valentine’s day. February 10th to be precise.

In what I believe to be the stupidest money grab of all time, George Lucas and his Industrial Light and Magic crew will be overseeing the conversion of the series into 3D.

Because special editions weren’t enough cash for the guy…

Holy crap, we are to be subjected to whiny little Anakin and Jar Jar Binks in 3 dimentions? Um, let me think about that one for a second…

I personally would not mind the 3D conversion of the original 3 films, but the tack on prequels were garbage. ALL OF THEM.

I suppose we can account this to no one being willing to give Lucas a job. So he’s got to give himself one.

Just kill me now.
