Congratulations to Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth! The 35-year old Oscar-winning actress and her 40-year old talent agent fiancé wed Saturday at her Ojai, California ranch.

According to Us Magazine, 120 of the couple’s family and friends were on hand for the ceremony. Tobey Maguire, Renee Zellweger, Sean Penn, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey, Jr., and Alyssa Milano were among those in attendance for the nuptials.

Wearing a custom Monique Lhuillier gown, the lovely actress and her new leading man exchanged wedding bands designed by William Goldberg. (That’s the same jeweler who designed the gorgeous 4-carat rock – rumored to have cost $250,000 – that she’s been wearing since they became engaged in December.)

It is Toth’s first and Witherspoon’s second marriage. The Legally Blonde star has two children with first husband Ryan Phillippe, from whom she was divorced in 2007. (The kiddies – Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 – were part of the ceremony.)

Before meeting Toth, Witherspoon had a high-profile relationship with actor Jake Gyllenhaal. Considering he spent the night out bowling with his pals, it’s probably safe to assume he wasn’t too broken up about his ex tying the knot.
