Recently eliminated American Idol contestant Karen Rodriguez, visited “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” to discuss her whirlwind Idol journey and plans for her future.

However, Ryan had a special surprise guest for her…none other then Nick Jonas!

Last week, Karen Rodriguez admitted that the only reason she tried out for American Idol was so her sister Karol might meet Nick Jonas.

Today, on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Karen and Karol just about got their wish, as Jonas surprised Karen in the studio, then called Karol to sing “When I Look You in the Eyes” to her.

“I think that this tops, like, my American Idol experience,” a teary Karen said. “This is all my sister wanted, and I’m so glad I could make her dream come true by trying to make mine come true.”

Karen also told Nick that she had requested to sing the Jonas Brothers’ Burning Up on the show, so she sang a bit of it a cappella for Nick.

You know, that was a very sweet thing for him to do.
