Lindsay Lohan Store Owner Sold Surveillance Video

Lindsay Lohan might just go free in her latest caper — and it’s all because of the greedy jewelry store owner who sold the surveillance footage of her making off with the necklace!

Lindsay and her team of lawyers may now have the proof that the jewelry shop, Kamofie & Company was out for the media attention/money after all — after they sold the video to the highest bidder for a whopping $35,000.

Lindsay has also rejected the plea deal that the prosecutor has thrown her way, because it involves three months of jail time. Now we’re hearing that they are collectively thinking that the jewelry store was only in the Lindsay Lohan game for the cash grab.

TMZ reports that the defense in the case could use this incident as a means to prove that the jewelry store was only in it for the money – therefore the case might get tossed out.

Do you think that the surveillance video was a plant by Lindsay’s team so that the shop’s credibility would be destroyed??? Sound off in the comments!
