Lindsay Lohan received a visit from an old friend, Danish celebrity broker Claus Hjelmbak at her Venice, CA, home on Monday afternoon.

Lindsay posed for several pictures wearing Hjelmbak’s gift to her, a shirt designed by Danish artist Poul Pava (poulpava.com).
