Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina have officially landed in New York City.

The actress, who still has until March 25th to accept a plea deal in her necklace theft case, arrived at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Sunday night and claims the paparazzi stressed her out.

“I love ny – but the paparazzi @ jfk just gave me an anxiety attack….. i was half asleep!” Lohan, 24, Tweeted Sunday. “They’re such animals :( well- @ least im with my family in the end…. xo.”

But… maybe the real source of the stress has something to do with quitting cigarettes? According to TMZ, the actress quit her smoking habit cold turkey about a week ago. Around the same time as me… cute!

Yet, she would rather blame the paps — because she just tweeted today:

“Only in The Bronx would you see this! hahaha
not to be too mean, but my first thought was it would be towards paparazzi-it’s a bit too aggressive for my liking though…x”

Ouch!
