David Boreanaz Settles Sexual Harassment Suit

The uber-hunky David Boreanaz has settled the sexual harassment claim brought against him by an extra on his hit show Bones.

The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. So does that mean he’s guilty?

Kristina Hagan claims the star told her he could “make things happen for her career” in return for sexual favors. Boreanaz apparently also sent Hagan numerous inappropriate text messages, as well as a photo of his genitals.

Hagan’s attorney Gloria Alred filed the papers to have the claim ‘dismissed with prejudice’.

Boreanaz maintains his innocence in this matter.

Question, if you were in Hagan’s position would sue him? I’ve had a crush on David since his Buffy days, and I highly doubt that I would mind being ‘harassed’ by him. He is SOOOOO hot!

First instinct would say he is guilty… but wasn’t he caught fooling around on his wife and stuff? If THAT is true, this also wouldn’t shock me.
And I’d be harassed by him any day of the week as well….
