It looks like old Lindsay Lohan is rearing her ugly head! Now that Lindsay isn’t sporting any ankle-wear, she’s free to drown her sorrows in the bottle until the wee hours of the morning and fall out of bars again.

Lindsay got her party on last night, hitting up Teddy’s nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. She followed her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson there, looking for her. A source said, “It was like old Lindsay — she was desperate to find Sam. She jumped out of her car and ran into the hotel all nervous and wired.”

Afterward, the former couple emerged together and left in Sam’s BMW. A hotel source said, “Lindsay didn’t seem straight. She didn’t need to be behind the wheel and Sam always takes care of Lindsay no matter what. Even though they aren’t officially dating right now, Sam feels a responsibility for Lindsay so she told Lindsay she’d drive her home. Sam definitely feels like Lindsay is clinging and kind of stalking, but Sam loves her regardless and will always be there for her.”

Sam even tweeted this morning that Lindsay spent the night. She said, “watching grey’s anatomy-my fav show- @lindsaylohan sleeping next 2 me- should i wake her up to let her know her mom is going on GMA? #why ?”
