It appears that even though Jake Gyllenhaal was said to have dumped her by phone, that Taylor Swift is giving Jake another chance!
The twosome were said to have broken up right before Christmas because of the age difference and the publicity that ensued as a result of their relationship.
Now, we’re wondering if they even broke up at all!?? If it is true that they broke up because of the publicity bubble surrounding their romance, then why not throw everyone off by saying that they broke up?
That way, Taylor gets the pity vote of the world when awards show time rolls around and people will again be purchasing her album in droves. Slick, huh?
The couple were seen just last week having dinner at the Boundry close to Taylor’s condo in Nashville, Tennessee.

Oh please, this is a load of crap. Seriously if Jake Gyllenhaal has ever seriously dated Taylor Swift then he’s obviously been experimenting with illegal substances. He has always come across as a fun intelligent guy, why the hell would he be slobbering over a girl who probably still believes in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, it obvious that girl thinks Mills & Boon is true life. C’mon she only just turned 20 yo and has written songs about her previous relationships. When she’s had to deal with life – real life – by herself without mommy, daddy and the publist then I’ll beleive she actually knows what a relationship is.
