Noah Cyrus has a new Twitter account, in case you were wondering. She goes by @partyyandnoiee now and is ready to make you wonder (again!) where her parents are.

But, never fear, the Mulletted One is with her!

Now that older daughter Miley is moving out, making out with random guys and smoking “Salvia” from a bong, Billy Ray has to find *some way* to maintain his income level. Right? Right.

Noah tweeted, “Hey guys its Noie :) just made this pic of me dad & party! make sure to follow me & party @partyyandnoiee <3 :)" as if she needed to prove it's really her.

In case you weren't aware, Noah is eleven-years-old and has way too much free access to the internet. We all know that she's already in way too big of a hurry to grow up. Seriously, she was ten when she showed up to a Halloween party wearing what appeared to be a mix between Minnie Mouse and a dominatrix outfit. TEN!

I digress. With these Hollywood types, it’s all about the publicity, isn’t it? But I have to wonder if this little girl is acting out so much now, what will she be like in five years? How about two?
