JWoww has gone to court and has blocked her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Lippolis, from showing off her nude photos to the public.

According to him, she asked him to take the before and after shots when she had her plastic surgery done. He maintains that the photos are his property and that he has a right to release them if he wishes.

A judge ruled earlier today that Thomas has no legal right to distribute the pics, after Jenni argued that they were taken without her permission — AND while under anesthesia.

He argued that she was standing up in the pictures and wasn’t under any influencers. He went on to say that it wouldn’t hurt her reputation because she already discussed working out a deal with “Playboy” to pose nude. Still, the judge saw it her way and has blocked him from releasing the pics.

The final decision will come when the case goes for arbitration. Stay tuned!
