Lo Bosworth is a single lady for the holidays, after splitting from her boyfriend of two years, Scott Hochstadt.

Her rep said, “Lo and Scott are no longer together, but remain good friends.”

Scott was reportedly shopping around for the perfect engagement ring prior to the breakup. A source close to the former couple said, “They realized they are in different places in their lives. The timing was just off. The breakup is hard for both of them, but it’s the most realistic thing at this point.”

Scott even appeared on the final season of “The Hills” and was looking around for a ring for the actress. A source said, “Scott was in talks with the jewelry brand Yasmin & Jazmin for the past two months. He wanted to marry Lo, and he wanted to propose with something special and personalized.”

How sweet of an idea. It’s a shame that they’ve broken things off, they look like such a cute couple. What do you think?
