Lindsay Lohan was recently given her driving privileges back by the Betty Ford Center, but apparently she’s still not allowed to take the wheel!

Ugh, that’s got to suck!

Lindsay has asked her attorney to get a restraining order prohibiting the paparazzi from chasing her down everywhere she goes. After getting the green light from Betty Ford and the L.A. County Probation Department, her driving has been axed, because the paparazzi were causing unsafe driving conditions for the actress.

Lindsay emailed her attorney over the weekend, showing photos of the snappers on her tail. She has asked her lawyer to go to court to secure a restraining order against them.

We’re not sure if Lindsay will be able to get a restraining order against the entire population of photographers, but it’s worth a try!
