Lily Allen has taken aim at the “Daily Mail” — actually just one journalist, to be precise. Katie Nicholl reported that after Lily suffered her second miscarriage, she and boyfriend Sam Cooper were set to get married next year after “they realized through their grief that they absolutely adore one another and cannot live without each other”.

Lily has called BS on the story and has taken to Twitter to talk about it.

She’s been holing up in her home to grieve her loss, but after the “Daily Mail” ran their piece, Lily couldn’t keep quiet any longer. She tweeted, “Katie Nicoll you’re a lying c**t, leave me out of your s**tty column, you know nothing. I’m sorry, but there’s a time and a place for disrespectful, badly researched or just made up journalism. It’s not now Katie Nicholl.”

Afterward, she tweeted, “Kati Nichol has been in touch and has threatened to consult her lawyer if i don’t take that tweet down. She thinks it was too heavy handed.”

She went on, “so i’ll amend it”, adding, “Katie Nicholl I THINK you’re a c*nt, leave me out of your sh**ty column, you know nothing about the intimate details of my life.”

I can’t believe that anyone would make up news about Lily like that. It’s just heinous. Yes, I’m sure she wants to be left alone to grieve her loss, but don’t go making stuff up just to meet a deadline. That’s just wrong.
