Conan O’Brien Makes His Television Return – Video
Conan O’Brien made his return to television last night on his new show for TBS, “Conan”. Of course, in true Conan fashion, he made some super funny jabs at his previous network, NBC.
In his opening skit, he shows us what it felt like when he left “The Tonight Show” and NBC. The skit details mobster-like men following him and shooting at him with guns and he ends up in the hospital…in a cast.

He then does an interview with Jon Hamm dressed as Don Draper from “Mad Men”, but is brutally rebuffed. Don said, “It says that you have absolutely no advertising experience. Plus, it’s 1965…and you’re two-years-old. Get out of my office.”
He then takes a job at Burger King where he gets his butt chewed out by a customer over sweet and sour sauce. This prompts him to want to jump off of a bridge, when Larry King appears to him as an angel. He saves the day with two words, “Basic cable.”
Check out the video of his opening:
Too funny. Welcome back, Conan!! You’ve been missed!
