Paris Hilton has never been accused of being the brightest crayon in the box and now, thanks to Twitter, we all know that she was lying about the purse not being hers during her arrest.

Sure, she’s ignoring all the “cruel” and mean rumors, which she says are untrue, but she can’t deny lying to the cops while she was being arrested for cocaine possession.

About a month ago, Paris tweeted, “Love My New Chanel Purse I Got Today :)” The purse she was rambling on about just happens to be the exact same purse that she was carrying when she was arrested. The same purse containing the bindle of cocaine, which she said was borrowed.

How uncomfortable for her that she got outsmarted by a social networking service. Dumb! Apparently, she didn’t give a blood test for cocaine at the time of her arrest, which could help her case. Ugh, these cops. They need to get it right already.

If it were you or I who were busted for coke possession, you know we would still be sitting in jail.
