As you know, Justin Bieber was recently spotted kissing his “now” girlfriend, Jasmine Villegas.

Well, there’s one 10 year old girl, who’s a bit broken up about it, Noah Cyrus!

The youngster took to her Twitter and said,

“u dont know who u r but u also dont know u broke my heart and millions of others.”

She now claims that it was a quote from a movie, but I’m not buying that.
