Michael Lohan may be thanking God that his daughter is back to her old self, but he has reportedly gotten himself in a bit of a mess in the process.

His ex-girlfriend, Erin Muller, is threatening to launch a lawsuit over nude photos that have surfaced online – because she thinks it’s all his fault.

Nude pics surfaced at The Dirty, showing Erin in various states of undress. The photos are pretty raunchy and show her touching herself and wearing lingerie. [see photos]

She has since sent the website a cease and desist letter, demanding the photos be taken down. Reportedly, she feels that Michael perhaps leaked the photos as a revenge tactic.

Her attorney said, “We find Mr. Lohan’s Twitter posts regarding the naked photographs to be awfully peculiar and we are currently investigating if Mr. Lohan had anything to do with submitting these. I currently cannot say whether he did or did not submit them. We are looking into it.”

The Twitter posts they’re mentioning say, “See what happens when you call and threaten people? Don’t play with the bulls.”

Does it seem odd to you? It seems more than a coincidence, if you ask me.

In the mean time… Michael Lohan is still “stalking” his estranged daughter, Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay, repeat after me. “Restraining order.”
