That perticular paparazzi needed his ass kicked,he is working hard on his 70+ international shows,had very little time to relax,when asked politely,the paps don’t listen and kept bothering him during his only free time during his gruelling touring. I say all celebs need to take a stand and stop this madness. If anything, that paparazzi needs to be suied for unprfessional behavior.

Who know what really went down! Adam graciously let these guys take all the pictures they wanted for over an hour and then asked if they would give him some privacy. Being the d*cks they are, the photogs told him no and continued hounding him. Adam shouldn’t of done what he did, but on he other hand I guess a person can only take so much. How would we react if someone was continuosly in our face?

Adam wasn’t trying to put his hands on the photographer, he was trying to get the camera. Adam didn’t try to assault him or cause him physical harm. Also, I don’t understand how the photographer wearing tennis shoes couldn’t out run a guy wearing flip flops. Do you think just maybe he provoked Adam and hoped he would get physical? The photographer had every chance to leave peacefully, he had plenty of pictures. Also, if Adam was so violent why didn’t the photographer taking the pictures of the incident help out?

Danny Gokey is a big horse’s behind after the way he & his family ‘ambushed’ ADAM at a so-called dinner during AI8 & then splashed pics & comments all over facebook saying hateful & homophobic things about ADAM. Mr. ‘nice guy’ Gokey took ADAM completely by surprise. I saw it & I read all the comments from his cousin or sister or whoever it belonged to. Other idols were there too Allison & Lil to name two. When it comes to talent Gokey couldn’t even compare to ADAM … SCREAM ON Gokey fan!!

I love Adam! Part of me, however, says he shouldnt have touched the guy but, at the same time, theres o way I couldve handled someone hounding me like that! Especially after I asked them to stop a couple times! I can see both sides but either way, this guy has no case and I still absolutely adore and love Adam!

We don’t know what was said/done by the paparazzi to provoke ADAM. Don’t think it was anything about ADAM personally .. he always just shrugs it off … but … maybe it was something the pap might have said against one of ADAM’s friends or worse. ADAM always stands up for his GLAMILY!! Maybe ADAM was trying to retrieve a photo that they didn’t want taken. Why else would he be trying to get the camera??

There ought to be laws in every state to address stalking by the paparazzi. The world has lost too many talented people to these parasites. Re: Adam. Sorry, those of you who spew your hate and don’t wish this mega-talented artist well. The internet allows you to post whatever you like anonymously. However, Adam has sold over 700,000 CDs in the US and over 1 million internationally since November, 2009. His singles have sold over 2 million copies. And his Glam Nation tour has sold out almost every venue – close to 70 shows to date!! And he’s now taking the tour internationally to 18 countries – where tickets are selling out in minutes. He’s a brilliant entertainer, and his expanding fan base will ensure his longevity. There’s no need to compare him to any other Idol. As Adam reminds people all the time, Idol is only a platform. When it’s over, you’re on your own and it’s a different game. If you want to compare and decide who the real winner was in Season 8, just look at the sales numbers and the touring venues. He’s the real winner here, and he didn’t need texting parties or pity parties to succeed!

That paparazzi must get a REAL job. He cannot get rich and famous simply by disturbing Adam.

For those like Steed (comment #1) who can’t grasp the concept of “15 minutes of fame”, that’s applicable to those who are in the public eye for only a very brief period of time … as in somebody who makes it onto American Idol, gets a little TV time on it, and is never heard of again. Or appears in exactly one news article. Adam Lambert is obvioiusly already way beyond that AND every sign points to him becoming more famous not less.

You can’t tell me that if someone was 20 feet away from you and your family and was taking pictures of every move you made constantly that you wouldn’t ask them to please stop. And when they wouldn’t…what would you do? I think he should have called security and had the pap arrested. He was only trying to protect his family and friends. And if you can’t understand that, you must be an idiot.

All Adam had to do to end this whole freaking episode would have been to thrown a handful of sand at the guys camera……there’s NOTHING like sand to totally ruin a camera…that would of been the end of it.

I just came from one of his concerts and his 15 mins of fame is just starting.. The rest of the people in my group went with me because they thought he was ok, but by the end, they thought he was a rock god!! Anyhow, I just want to make a comment on the number 4 photo above…. Notice Lambert’s leg, that it is hooked into a position to bring the pest down, and his other hand is in the bag. I would be curious to see the next picture in the sequence of photos that were not released. Oh and wouldn’t what the pest doing be considered stalking? It would be if he was taking pictures of you or me at the beach, especially without my permission!!

i can’t for the life of me understand how the Paparazzi get by with harassing people who are famous. That guy photographed Adam for almost a full hour and then Adam asked him to leave. They guy kept at it and they were packing to leave when he just wouldn’t back off Adam. He got pissed – DUH!!! That Paps dude should be in jail for public nuisance and people who back them are promoting harassment!! Adam just tried to get the dude camera, not punch him at all!! I hate Paparazzi who infringe on peoples rights.

When are we going to stand up for people’s right not to be infringed upon just because they are famous. Dude must have did/said something to set Adam off. The fact there are picture of this from every angle, no video surprisingly, clearly Adam did not try to punch the pap. He is going after the camera the whole time. If Adam was trying to punch him, there would be a picture of it.

If Mr. Lambert had actually battered this photographer and wrestled him to the ground, don’t you think there would be pics all over the internet? These two photogs probably tag teamed Mr. Lambert…one spewed nasty insults to anger him and the other took photos. This will go away as it has no merit. Adam stood up for his right for privacy ! It was suppose to be a private beach from the hotel. The Paz obviously broke the rules first. Adam let him took picture for an hour and politely asked him to leave (oraol warning) and the paz said something real bad to provoke. You people who are with the paz are ignorant and simply hate Adam.

How is it all right for papps to stalk and canter and harrass people all day. If that was you or me we’d be freaked out and calling the cops. No one should be allowed to invade people’s privacy like that. Look at how far these papps go! A lot of them are out for fight with stars so they can sue them and try to get money out of them. It is a form of extortion. You can assault someone with your camera. You have to have their permission to take their photograph. All models have to sign a form when they are in a photo shoot, why isn’t this enforced witht he papps?

Adam, being Adam, did what he had to do in the moment. It must have gotten to the point that he felt he had to react. I have no doubt in my mind that he put up with more than necessary.
