Russell Brand and his ‘Arthur’ co-star Helen Mirren are rumored to be having lots of fun on the set.

The 35-year-old comedian shared a picture of Mirren giving him a bath via his Twitter.

I wonder if she washed all his 2,000 parts?

The film will be released early next year.
