Rebecca Gayheart and her way too hot for her husband, Eric Dane have won a settlement over the release of their sex tape.

The tape, which was dubbed a “nude tape” was played over at Defamer’s website in its entirety. This prompted a lawsuit from the celebrity couple, with them claiming copyright infringement.

Gawker Media has subsequently agreed to pay the couple a low six figure settlement for posting the video. The tape showed Rebecca nude in a bathtub with her friend Kari Ann Peniche. The couple sued for a million dollars, saying that they never gave permission for the sex tape to be made public.

To avoid further litigation, it was deemed necessary for the website to remove all traces of the tape from any posts. It had accumulated over four million views.
