Lindsay Lohan has apparently gotten back together with Samantha Ronson for some last minute lovin’, before she gets tossed into the pokey.

Now that Lindsay is almost being forced to stay as clean as she can, it’s no wonder why Sam and she had reunited.

Reportedly, Lindsay has only been listening to friends who’ve told her that her jail sentence is unfair and that she should appeal because she’s the victim. It was said that Lindsay went with Chicago lawyer Stuart V. Goldberg, but he released a statement saying that he wouldn’t work for free. So, she is stuck with Shawn Chapman Holley, who was said to have worked out a nice little plan for Lindsay to get herself straight.

Lindsay has also been doctor shopping to get her huge pill fix. She goes to doctors across the country until they tell her no and gets her large scripts written elsewhere. It’s a shame that they’ll let her pop pills like candy while she’s in jail, too. It seems like it totally defeats the purpose.

I can’t figure out why so many people are telling Lindsay that she’s innocent. She hijacked an SUV with three people in it, after driving drunk and on cocaine. She risked their lives in a high speed chase, but she’s innocent. Ugh.
