Miley Cyrus Upskirt Posted by Perez Hilton
Perez Hilton has not been the bastion of investigative journalism or class, but this news is still VERY shocking.
This tool got a hold of an UNCENSORED photo of Miley Cyrus’ goody parts and posted it on his Twitter account.
He tweeted that the photo is not for the easily offended, but the warning that he should have given, should have said it was X-rated and illegal.
Sure, we’ve bashed Miley in the past over her wardrobe choices and music, but we would never stoop to this level….EVER.
At least he didn’t post the photo on his website, but it is still being viewed by his over two million Twitter followers. It’s child pornography and I hope Billy Ray busts a cap on his dumb self.
What would you do in that situation? She’s not 18 yet, so hopefully it’s just a matter of time before that picture gets removed and he gets arrested for showing it.

You don’t know what child pornography is do you
A penis or a vagina being in a shot does not constitute “pornography”. Nudity is not “sexually explicit conduct.” Nor is getting out of a vehicle, also the shot is not obviously a focus on her genitalia. ( which could constitute pornography. )
The possibility of him being charged for it and put away is there but it would require a jury of people who were completely ignorant of the actual law at hand and the conviction would likely be turned over- it is also possible that the prosecutor could face repercussions.
On the other hand, this is going by the federal definition of child pornography ( 18 U.S.C. §2256 ), which is the definition likely to be used in most internet cases. Local definitions may be entirely different and he may be liable there. For my money the odds are still no, because then nearly every parent in the US would be guilty of production and possession of child pornography.
I won’t be back to debate, this is merely my input. Take care. =)

If this is real and was taken in the US it would be considered child exploitation, as distributing child pornography. Someone needs to see who took it and made it available.

Aside from the astronomical level of OBNOXIOUS this whole situation is… that is a SUPER cute dress she has on there.
Y’all are gonna tell me I’m missing the point, but what is *any* (young) woman doing wearing a dress (presumably) without any underwear on underneath said dress???
Now… that said, yes, Perez Hilton is a dumbass who should be flogged and quartered for just breathing the same air I do. No REPUTABLE journalist (can’t even call ‘im that, to be blunt) would post a picture like that.

i heard about it but by the time i was gonna go see wat the whole deal was the pic was removed….oh well. overall maybe it “wasnt” right to put pic up but come on who are we kidding here the girl knws she is famous. its no secret everyday she id out in public pictures are gonna be taken……so why the hell wear a dress with NO FREAKING UNDIES…??????
