Two days ago, I totally called this one. Lindsay Lohan attended Katy Perry’s MTV Movie Awards afterparty and, “coincidentally”, her SCRAM bracelet was set off. She denied drinking any alcohol, but it was determined that she’d consumed a small portion of some booze.

Like I predicted, Lindsay’s mother Dina is using the spilled drink excuse, which we all know is a bunch of hooey. When Dina was speaking about Lindsay possibly doing a stint on “Celebrity Apprentice”, she said, “Donald is a friend of the family, and producers of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ have approached Lindsay to appear in the next season. She’s deciding if she wants to do it or not, but she currently has three films in production, so she’s very busy.”

Of the SCRAM bracelet shenanigans, Dina defended her troubled daughter. She said, “She was at the MTV Awards and somebody spilled a drink on her leg, which must have set off the SCRAM bracelet. She has done absolutely nothing wrong and shouldn’t have to wear the bracelet in the first place. She is doing absolutely fine.”

Of course this is no surprise that Dina would defend her daughter. As long as Lindsay is paying the bills, she could tell her mother that the sky is red and she’d believe her and defend her until she died.

Lindsay: “Mom, the sky is red, isn’t it pretty?”
Dina to others: “No, really, the sky is red – and it looks absolutely gorgeous!”

That’s just how things roll if you’re a Lohan… She would never drink or do drugs, she’s a remarkable paragon of class and virtue. People have been spilling cocaine on her for years…
