“Gossip Girl” actor Chace Crawford just might be sent to the clink for dabbling in a little bit of weed. Who knew marijuana could get you jail time? Apparently, he didn’t!

Boy, someone looks a little ticked off in their mug shot photo! I can’t imagine why that is….

Chace was busted in his hometown of Plano, Texas, with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He reportedly had less than two ounces of the drug on him. He was arrested and charged with possession and now faces up to 180 days in jail, if convicted.

He was arrested after midnight on June 4th after police found him and a friend in a parked car outside of Ringo’s Pub with an unlit joint in the car. He was booked and locked up, before bonding out shortly thereafter.

Any possible jail time for Chace in this incident would just be ludicrous. I don’t smoke pot, but I can’t imagine why he would get hauled into a cell and made to wear an orange jumpsuit for a mug shot. It all just seems ridiculous to me.
