Suri Cruise Is Still Hitting The Bottle – Photo
While mom Katie Holmes is busy filming her new flick, “Son Of No One”, her daughter Suri is still hitting the bottle — and she’s almost four!
Suri was spotted drinking out of a bottle, and with caregivers who are probably in fear that she’ll throw a temper tantrum. She was sucking the milk out of the Playtex bottle, looking pretty sleepy. While it’s possible that her parents are using this as sort of a security blanket, I think she should’ve been weened off of that by now.
Pediatrician Dr. Jennifer Shu says, “By the time kids are nine months old, they have the physical development and mouth coordination necessary to be able to drink out of a sippy cup or a cup with a straw. That development comes pretty early.”
On one hand, she probably will put the bottle down when she’s good and ready. Children mature and do things at different ages, so maybe she’ll grow out of it soon. On the other hand, it seems like lazy parenting to me. Like, ‘give her the bottle so she doesn’t scream’.

I think it is gross and VERY POOR PARENTING to allow a child that wears heels and lipstick to drink from a “BABY” bottle…

Oh, c’mon… I drank from baby bottles until I turned 7! And I am completely healthy, so please. Not a problema at all, don’t know what all the fuss is about.
she’s a child and well if that’s what she wants then so be it…it doesn’t matter how she dresses up or looks she’s only 4, there are kids who don’t stop until a later age with drinking milk from the bottle it all depends on how the chil handles
