Lindsay Lohan was out and about last night, after partying way too much and fell down outside of a friend’s house last night!

She was on her way into a friend’s party in West Hollywood, when she took a bit of a tumble. She fell face down into the garden, but had the help of quick friends, who helped her back up.

The graceful starlet apparently had way too much to drink last night and ended up faceplanting the garden. So much for trying to get everything back in order, hmmm?

These photos should be the face of her new Ed Hardy campaign because you just can’t make this stuff up…and it’ll be way better than anything she can come up with for the brand.
