Jude Law has worked out a custody agreement with his baby mama, Samantha Burke, stating that he will get visitation of his daughter, Sophia, twice a year.

Jude is planning on taking time off from frolicking on the beach with Sienna Miller to make time for his newest bundle of joy, Sophia. But he doesn’t want to spoil her with actual parenting, because that’s not how he rolls.

Jude is dropping $5,000 a month in child support for the tot, but only plans to see her twice a year. Way to go, Jude. You stay classy, dude.

Samantha gave birth to the actor’s daughter in September, but he met her for the first time in February. The former twosome hashed out a deal as far as custody and child support goes.

A source said, “Jude will visit his daughter at least twice a year, once around Christmas. His visit (to meet her in February) was fleeting and seemed mainly business-like.”

He also requested that Samantha sign a confidentiality agreement, so she can no longer yap to the press about any of his shenanigans.
