Earlier this month, there were photos lingering around the web showing “Inglourious Basterds” star Melanie Laurent walking hand-in-hand with married actor Ewan McGregor.

Now, rumor has it that Melanie was actually trying to steal Brad Pitt away from Angelina Jolie. Sneaky!

Melanie is trying to take the crown as the top Hollywood man-thief, taking after Angelina herself. I guess it would serve her right, now wouldn’t it?

But, alas, Brad didn’t give in too easily and resisted Melanie’s charms. She failed to ensnare Brad, thus leading her to go after Ewan.

A snitch said, “Melanie is shameless. She flirted with Brad constantly during filming and was extremely touchy-feely. He didn’t give in to her – but it looks like Ewan is hardly pushing her away!”
